After editing the first scene of episode 7 I realized that there are a few shots that I did not get. Next weekend I’m going to get some pickup shots with Loki and Christian.

Okay so it’s been 8 months since the last episode. The burn out is over and down with. I’m getting a major itch to film again. I think it’s about damn time for another episode! Game plan is to have the rough cut done in two weeks. Get Gus to score it while I’m working on the final cut and have it online by Oct 1. So that leaves me three weeks. I’m going to start giving regular status updates. The blog has sit idle way to long.

After many months of slaving away at work, I’ve finally had the free time and the inspiration to get back to Episode 5. Over the last few days I’ve been going through and tightening up the final edit. I know New Years is right around the corner so I should be uploading the episode on the 3rd or 4th of January. So stay tuned.

I am truly sorry to the fans about the delayed release of episode 5. But, keep your chins up!! It will be released soon….very soon! Mr. Thompsen has been consumed at work and with life taking priority…but things are starting to get wrapped up. Keep checking the site for more news and information about the upcoming release of episode five!! We here at Dark Design Pictures love you and will continue to gain yours…:)

I finally had the time and energy to sit down and work on Episode 5 last night. I’m going to try and get the closing credits down tonight and get finally tweaks down by tomorrow. So if all goes well it should be uploading it to Vimeo by Thursday or Friday and then it will be on to Episode 6. My big project at work is coming to and end so hopefully I’ll have time for a December release for Episode 6. If not it will have to wait till the new year.

I finally have all the music for Ep 5 but haven’t had the time to put everything together. I’ve been working on a big project and work and I’ve been putting in a lot of extra time at the office. Sadly this has left me with no energy. I should have some time this weekend to complete everything. Provided that I not at work again. So hopefully everything should be good to go by Tuesday.
